Are there any scholarship opportunities?  

West Orange Language & Literacy is a provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA)! This Florida-based scholarship is available to students ages 3 through 22 with a variety of diagnoses, including speech-language impairment.  Click the link below to find out about this scholarship and to see if your child might be eligible.

Will I be charged for cancellations and/or no shows?

The full session fee will be billed for no shows.  For sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the regular session.  An exception will be made in the case of sudden illness, injury, or family emergency if the appointment is cancelled prior to 9:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment.

How will I be billed?

Payment is due after each session.  You will receive an invoice via email.  I accept payment via cash, check, or bank transfer.

How much does each therapy session cost?

30 minute therapy session:  $60

45 minute therapy session:  $90

60 minute therapy session:  $120

Will my insurance cover speech/language/literacy therapy?

I am private pay only, however, with a requested Superbill (an itemized receipt of services) you are able to submit any payments made for therapy services to your insurance company in an effort to receive reimbursement.

What is near your office location?

We are conveniently located just two blocks away from Plant Street in Historic Downtown Winter Garden and 0.7 miles from the Winter Garden Branch Library.
